Midi Sour
Ingredients
50ml Midi Apéritifs Classic Red
15ml grapefruit juice
15ml lime juice
20ml simple syrup
1 egg white
How to:
Shake all ingredients vigorously
Add ice, shake some more!
Double strain over ice in a tumbler glass
